The maximum length of stay at CoDE Co-living - The Loft is 90 days.

We offer a 20% discount on our standard rates online for any stay over 7 nights. Just click on "Book Direct" in the top menu and search for your dates to see availability and rates.

Yes, the rates include all bill. (Internet, cleaning, electricity, water, etc)

We charge the final balance depending on the policy that was booked.
Non-refundable - Charged at the time of booking
Flexible and long term stays - Charged 3 days prior to arrival

We require a deposit to confirm the reservation, which is 25% of the total amount.  The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date.

We have ensured that each occupant in the room has ample storage space available to store their items. There will also be a secure locker available for your valuables, which can be locked using your personal code.

Yes, the room will be ready for you upon arrival. The rooms will be cleaned daily and we can refresh the sheets weekly.

Yes, you can stay with us short term, however this will not be at the same rate as our long term rate. We suggest to stay at our other property on the Royal Mile if you are visiting for a short period. You can find more information Here

Each floor has a bathroom with 2 showers and a toilet, which is shared with a maximum of 7 people.

There's up to 3 people in the pod rooms.

Co-living is very populair in the US and in particular in New York. Co-living is similar to flatsharing, but with the difference that we focus a lot more on the communal spaces. The goal is to bring people who share a common interest or have the same purpose in live together, so they might collaborate on projects or create a friendship.
